Kurt Deketelaere was the keynote speaker at the "2012 Eastern Asian Legal Forum on Climate Change & Energy" at the National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan). He gave two presentations, one on the interaction between EU Research & Innovation Policy and EU Environmental, Climate and Energy Policy, and one on EU and Belgian nuclear policy after the Fukushima accident.
